Viridor recently appointed AC Environmental to provide temporary COTC cover for one of their major landfill sites in Yorkshire. We were pleased to be able to offer short term, full time yet temporary cover to enable the site to continue to operate within the terms of it’s permit.

As landfills continue to close the pool of staff within waste businesses with the relevent qualifications is falling and companies are now beginning to find it difficult to manage holiday and sickness COTC cover.

This is where AC Environmental’s temporary COTC cover service comes into it’s own. Sites can stay compliant without the need to hold additional qualified staff in house.

The cover at the Viridor site is expected to last for around 6 weeks.
