Baled wastes that have been sitting festering in a building in Stoke on Trent for nearly 7 years are finally to be removed, at the Environment Agency’s expense. That’s good news, for the landowner and for neighbouring businesses, if not for the local rats.
The question however which needs to be asked is, why did it take this long to sort this out?
